Conferences & Meetings at Blenheim Palace

Blenheim Palace Hospitality have a fantastic conference product, Success Guaranteed which ensures a minimum standard of service and set up for conferences.

For a truly unique and inspiring location for conferences, seminars and training sessions Blenheim Palace is the perfect venue, meeting all of your event requirements.

We are located in Woodstock, Oxfordshire which is easily accessible from all major roads and railways.  The Palace is set in 2,000 acres of parkland and surrounded by sweeping lawns and stunning formal gardens.  We have a variety of rooms available to suit your needs from a small meeting for 8 to a conference for 250 delegates.

We have Standard and Executive Day Delegate Rates both of which will provide you with everything you need for your event (minimum numbers apply)

 

Standard Day Delegate Rate for 8 + delegates is £75.00 per person + VAT which includes:

* Dedicated Event Manager
* Main meeting room hire from 9am till 5.30pn
* 3 servings of Tea/Coffee and biscuits on arrival, mid morning and afternoon tea
* Blenheim Still & Sparkling mineral Water
* A selection of cordials
* Mints & boiled sweets
* Fresh fruit bowl
* Hot & Cold buffet with Lunch
* Blenheim pen and notepad per delegate
* Projector screen on request
* Data Projector on request
* Conference Tool Box
* 1 x flipchart

* Complimentary Car Parking

 

Or upgrade to our Executive Rate for 8+ delegates at £85.00 per person + VAT which in additional to the above includes:
* Bacon roll and Orange Juice on arrival
* Fresh Pastries for Mid morning Break
* Scones with Strawberry Jam and Clotted Cream for Afternoon Break
